A: A bespoke consultation is where your journey begins. You share your ideas and we guide you through design, sketches, stone selection, and the final creation.

Q: Do you offer gemstone sourcing?
A: Yes. We specialize in sourcing rare and Vedic-grade gemstones, chosen for their purity, energy, and beauty. Our sourcing fee is waived if you purchase the stone.

Q: Do you sell ready-made jewelry?
A: Yes. We have select pieces available, which can be viewed in our Berlin or Manila showrooms by appointment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide with secure courier services. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Q: Where are you based?
A: We are located in Berlin and Manila, and work with clients globally through both in-person and virtual consultations.

Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. We also offer a layaway plan: 30% down payment, with the balance payable in 3 equal installments.

Q: Can I return or get a refund for a bespoke or ready made piece?
A: Because bespoke jewelry is custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns on bespoke pieces. Same applies for ready made pieces.
